Challenge
A multi-tenant commercial tower in Sharjah needed reliable fire alarm and emergency lighting maintenance across mixed panel brands, with inspections approaching and limited after-hours access for intrusive work.
What we did
We put the building on a structured AMC programme: scheduled inspections, functional testing, and documented corrective actions. The service plan covered detection loops, sounders, emergency lights, and panel health checks, coordinated with the facility team so critical floors stayed operational during visits.
Result
The client entered inspection with clear test records, known open items closed or scheduled, and a single accountable maintenance partner for day-to-day faults. The same model is how we support many AMC sites across Sharjah and Dubai — multi-brand, practical, and built around real building access.
